МВД РФ намерено ужесточить правила хранения и перевозки оружия | Безопасность | Общество | Аргументы и Факты






Москва, 29 января – АиФ-Москва. МВД РФ намерено
серьезно ужесточить правила владения гражданами оружия, в частности
запретить его хранение вне адреса прописки и транспортирование без
дополнительного специального разрешения.



Соответствующие поправки предусмотрены подготовленным министерством
проектом постановления правительства РФ «О внесении изменений в Правила
оборота гражданского и служебного оружия и патронов к нему на территории
РФ», размещенном на Едином портале проектов нормативных правовых актов и результатов их общественного обсуждения.



Так, документом вносится изменение, согласно которому хранение оружия
допускается исключительно по месту жительства владельца.

Таким образом,
проживающий без регистрации у своих родственников или на снимаемой
квартире гражданин не будет иметь права хранить в ней свой арсенал.



Другое нововведение исключает право физического лица перевозить
оружие и патроны без отдельного разрешения полиции даже в пределах
региона, в котором они поставлены на учет, несмотря на имеющуюся у
владельца лицензию.



Это означает, что даже для того, чтобы перевезти домой купленные в
магазине патроны, охотнику, спортсмену либо владельцу оружия самообороны
потребуется получить на это дополнительное разрешение. Эту же процедуру
надо будет пройти для поездки на охоту или соревнования.



Поправки связаны с владением оружием физическими лицами и не касаются
представителей правоохранительных органов и частных охранных
предприятий - носителей служебного оружия.



В соответствии со статьей 20.8 Кодекса РФ об административных
правонарушениях, за нарушение правил хранения, ношения оружия и патронов
граждане наказываются штрафом в размере от 500 до 2000 рублей либо
лишением права на приобретение и хранение или хранение и ношение оружия
на срок от шести месяцев до одного года.



Нарушение правил коллекционирования или экспонирования оружия и
патронов влечет наложение штрафа в размере от 1000 до 5000 рублей.
